Role and Responsibilities

We are seeking a talented and experienced Technical Recruiter to join our team, responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top technical talent to drive our business growth and innovation. You will play a critical role in finding and hiring the best engineers, researchers, and technical professionals to help us stay at the forefront of technology and shape the future of our industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in full life cycle recruiting for engineering and technical positions, with specialized focus on GPU, System IP, SoC Architecture, and Automotive Architecture.

Lead end-to-end recruitment for technical roles in R&D, including sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent for specialized positionsPartner with hiring managers to develop customized recruitment strategies and execute executive recruitment for various levels from individual contributors to leadership rolesUtilize advanced sourcing techniques to identify and engage passive candidates with expertise in GPU development, semiconductor technologies, machine learning, AI, and related fieldsFoster strong relationships with top talent, providing an exceptional candidate experience and aligning them with opportunities within SamsungCollaborate with hiring managers and technical experts to streamline the hiring process, provide industry insights, and inform recruitment strategiesMonitor and report on recruitment metrics, using data to drive improvements and best practicesElevate Samsung's employer brand in the GPU and semiconductor sectors through close collaboration with branding and marketing teams

Skills and Qualifications

10+ years of technical recruiting experience, with 5+ years of executive recruitment experience in the semiconductor, GPU, or high-tech industry, supporting R&D functions.Proven track record of recruiting senior technical talent, including executives and leaders, in a fast-paced market.Experience with international recruitment, GPU-specific technologies, and highly specialized roles in GPU research, AI, and semiconductor engineering.Strong understanding of technical concepts, including GPU architecture, semiconductor technologies, machine learning, and software development.Expertise in recruiting tools, platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, GitHub), and applicant tracking systems (ATS).Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with ability to influence and build relationships at all levels.Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.

Total Rewards

At Samsung – SARC/ACL, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $142,900 and $252,700. Your actual base pay will depend on variables that may include your education skills, qualifications, experience, and work location. This is an exempt position, which is not eligible for overtime pay under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA).

Samsung employees have access to benefits including: medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k), free onsite lunch, employee purchase program, tuition assistance (after 6 months), paid time off, student loan program, wellness incentives, and many more. In addition, regular full-time employees (salaried or hourly) are eligible for MBO bonus compensation, based on company, division, and individual performance.

Additionally, this role might be eligible to participate in long term incentive plan and relocation.
