Position Description:

This role is hybrid and requires you to be at our downtown Toronto and/or Client office at a minimum 2 days per week - subject to change at any time. 

Your future duties and responsibilities:

1.    Lead technical & infrastructure projects encompassing on-premise systems (Oracle Exadata, ExaCC), cloud platforms (Oracle, OCI, GCP), and transitional states in between. 
2.    Senior experience in program/project management, SDLC, agile software development. 
3.    Formulate, organize and monitor inter-connected projects through a program master plan.
4.    Identify all the internal and external resources, whether human or technical, required to complete the program successfully
5.    Develop project roadmaps, define technical workstreams, manage risks, and ensure timelines and budgets are met. 
6.    Maintain overall control of the schedule and the delivery of all expected deliverables
7.    Oversee and co-ordinate all project/cross-project activities and cross-functional project teams (cloud engineers, network/security teams, DevOps, external vendors). 
8.    Develop and control schedule, deadlines, budgets and activities
9.    Apply change, risk and resource management
10.    Maintain detailed documentation including architectural diagrams, transformation playbooks, and operational handoffs. 
11.    Act as a liaison between internal stakeholders and external service providers (cloud vendors, managed services, network partners). 
12.    Resolve projects' higher scope issues
13.    Able to track the overall benefits of the program regarding benefit realization (did it accomplish the goal)
14.    Take-action on issues of non-compliance in quality and ensure all project products are in accordance with quality standards
15.    Manage project/ program cadences and governance and maintain ongoing contact with the client project manager and ensure ongoing close work relationship
16.    Communicate plans, responsibilities and status to project stakeholders
17.    Manage and communicate all outstanding issues, risks and decisions and change requests
18.    Track and maintain Projects/program financials such as actuals, budget forecast, claim codes, POs, payments and invoicing logs.
19.    Supervise procurement management activities (submit PO requests, licensing orders, follow up orders, procurement escalations …etc.)
