The NASC Products team is hiring a Senior Technical Program Manager (TPM) who will spearhead the technical program management of science and engineering products that will make a long-lasting footprint on our organization's path towards optimal planning and risk management within our supply chain systems.
Key job responsibilities
- Define and drive the strategic roadmap for supply chain technical and science programs, aligning with business objectives and technical requirements.
- Manage the end-to-end program lifecycle, including planning, scheduling, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
- Collaborate closely with engineering and science teams, product managers, and stakeholders to gather requirements, prioritize initiatives, and ensure successful program execution.
- Identify and mitigate risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks; escalate issues and drive resolution as needed.
- Develop detailed project plans, track progress against milestones, and provide regular status updates to leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Facilitate decision-making processes, driving alignment and consensus across various teams and stakeholders.
- Continuously improve processes, tools, and methodologies to enhance program delivery efficiency and quality.
- Travel domestically and internationally up to 10% of the time.

We are accountable to deciding ‘what to build next’ and surfacing effectiveness of its developed solutions through sophisticated measurement techniques. The team is also responsible for the validation, pilot, deployment, and Keeping-The-Lights-On (KTLO) for any products that we develop for the business.
