We're seeking an experienced Senior Technical Program Manager to drive complex, cross-functional technical programs at AWS. This role requires someone who can combine technical depth, program management expertise, and strategic thinking to deliver large-scale initiatives that impact millions of AWS customers.
In this role, you will serve as a key member of our Applied AI Solutions, Core Services - Program Management team. As a Senior TPM, you will be a key leader in shaping and delivering most strategic initiatives. You'll work directly with leadership, product managers, engineering and other stakeholders to transform business and product vision into executable technical programs, while managing multiple high-impact projects simultaneously. This role demands someone who can dive deep into technical details while maintaining a broader strategic perspective, and who can influence without authority across organizational boundaries.

Key job responsibilities
- Lead complex, multi-team technical programs across the organization
- Drive technical architecture discussions and make strategic decisions that balance business requirements with technical constraints
- Develop detailed project plans, identify dependencies, mitigate risks, and manage scope
- Partner with engineering teams to define technical requirements and ensure successful delivery
- Provide regular status updates to senior leadership and stakeholders
