This Senior Technical Product Manager will wear several hats to build new software experiences for Kindle device customers worldwide. You drive prioritization across multiple teams, communication with internal stakeholders, VOCs with customers, and the adoption plan. You are an evangelist, taking a new product to market, defining success metrics, and accelerating adoption while simultaneously enhancing the customer experience.
Key job responsibilities
- Inspire the team with the product vision and work cross-functionally to bring the product to life.
- Work with customers, internal and external partners to identify the right features, priorities, and user journeys
- Regularly engage with senior executives to represent your project within broader strategies
- Partner with engineering leaders across organizations to align on the strategy for the program and technical implementation choices
- Write business requirement documents and define use cases, features, and KPIs
- Create the business case and go to market strategy
- Plan and launch the product with customers, including Beta customers
- Proactively identify and resolve strategic issues that affect the team’s ability to meet strategic, financial, and technical goals

- Work closely with management, design, operations, finance, and engineering leadership to develop and deliver innovative consumer products
- Manage prioritization and trade-offs for customer experience, performance and schedule
- Manage delivery of current products concurrently with future product planning
- Drive product and feature launches with teams inside and outside of Amazon
