Ensures continuity of the technical direction and implementation across multiple development teams contributing to a single application. Assists government in developing technical strategic direction. Develops solutions to complex technical problems using industry best practices. Maintains a full understanding of all aspects of the production system and the impact of future changes. Advises the government on the best approach to complex problems. Documents solutions and project plans in a way that can be implemented by development teams. Guides development teams through project implementation. Identifies and tracks progress towards schedule milestones.
