**About the role** We are seeking a Senior Tech Lead with 11 to 15 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Enterprise Solution Architecture using Aprimo and other products. This highly skilled Aprimo Expert will oversee solution design, development guidance and detailed analysis and articulation of business requirements. This role requires a strategic thinker who can manage complex projects and drive successful outcomes in the PM and DAM domain particularly within the medical devices sector. This also involves close collaboration with product owners, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure robust technical solutions and successful delivery of high-impact changes. **Primary Responsibilities:** · Requirement Refinement & Impact Analysis: o Facilitate and lead requirement refinement sessions with stakeholders to clearly understand business needs. o Perform detailed impact analysis of proposed changes on existing system configurations and integrations. o Translate business requirements into technically feasible solutions while highlighting dependencies and risks. · Technical Review & Development Strategy: o Review proposed development approaches and architecture for new features and system enhancements. o Evaluate and recommend the best practices for implementing changes efficiently, aligning with enterprise architecture standards. o Ensure technical feasibility, scalability, and maintainability of solutions. o Oversee the implementation and configuration of Aprimo solutions including MRM and DAM. o Provide technical guidance to team in planning and implementing Enterprise solutions using Aprimo · Custom Solution Design: o Identify and design solutions for requirements that are not achievable using out-of-the-box functionality. o Propose alternative approaches (e.g., custom components, third-party tools, API integrations) that align with the system’s overall architecture. o Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Aprimo tools effectively into existing systems. · Team Leadership & Mentoring: o Mentor and coach junior developers and engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence. o Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards and quality best practices. o Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align development efforts with business goals and timelines. o Research and make recommendations based on Aprimo’s emerging standards and best practices and trends followed in Digital Asset management domain. o Provide strategic direction and guidance to project teams ensuring alignment with organizational goals. o Develop and maintain project plans schedules and budgets to ensure successful project execution. o Monitor project progress and performance identifying and mitigating risks proactively. o Facilitate communication and collaboration among stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met. o Conduct regular project reviews and provide status updates to senior management. **Secondary Responsibilities** · Provide hands-on technical leadership in resolving high-priority and high-impact production issues. · Guide the development team in applying the correct and efficient approach to bug fixes while minimizing risk and ensuring long-term stability. · Participate in root cause analysis (RCA) and implement preventive measures to avoid future occurrences. **Work model:** Remote We strive to provide flexibility wherever possible.
