Senior Technical Lead - Embedded OS

Job Summary
As a Senior Technical Lead specializing in Embedded OS, you will play a critical role in managing complex projects and providing expert technical guidance to development teams. Your leadership will drive the successful delivery of high-quality solutions while enhancing the technical capabilities of your team. You will collaborate with stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met, driving innovation and best practices in embedded systems. (1.) Key Responsibilities
1. Provide Technical Guidance And Mentorship To A Team Of Developers In Embedded Os, Enabling Them To Enhance Their Technical Capabilities And Productivity Through Structured Training And Hands-On Support.
2. Conduct Comprehensive Code Reviews In C And C++, Establishing And Overseeing Quality Assurance Processes And Performance Optimizations, While Implementing Best Practices And Coding Standards To Ensure Successful Delivery Of Complex Embedded Solutions.
3. Ensure Process Compliance In The Assigned Module By Participating In Technical Discussions And Reviews As A Consultant, Assessing Feasibility Studies, Evaluating Technical Alternatives, Recommending Packages, And Addressing Technical Risks While Breaking Down Projects Into Manageable Components For Accurate Estimations.
4. Collaborate With Stakeholders To Define Project Scope, Objectives, And Deliverables, Preparing And Submitting Detailed Status Reports To Minimize Risks And Facilitate The Timely Closure Of Escalations In Project Management.Skill Requirements
