Summary
The Senior Technical Lead is responsible for overseeing all technical aspects of the Oracle SaaS ERP implementation, including integrations, data migration, custom extensions, and reporting. This role ensures technical design quality, team coordination, and delivery excellence across Oracle PaaS and SaaS components.
Key responsibilities
Solution Architecture & Design
Define technical architecture for integrations, conversions, and reporting using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), BI Publisher, and FBDIEnsure designs are secure, scalable, and compliant with Oracle best practicesTechnical Delivery Oversight
Lead and guide development teams for OIC-based integrations, VBCS extensions, APEX apps, and custom reportingOwn end-to-end technical deliverables across multiple Oracle SaaS modulesIntegration Management
Design and manage real-time and batch integrations using REST, SOAP, ERP adaptersCoordinate interface testing, monitoring, and error handling frameworksData Conversion & Migration
Provide direction for FBDI/ADFdi-based conversions and validation strategiesCoordinate cutover strategy and legacy-to-cloud data migration planCode Review & Quality Assurance
Conduct reviews of scripts, XSLT mappings, VBCS extensions, PL/SQL components •Enforce best practices in code versioning, deployment, and documentationTechnical Documentation
Create and maintain technical specifications, solution design documents, and deployment guidesTeam & Stakeholder Coordination
