Senior Technical Lead - Embedded Firmware Design

Job Summary
The Senior Technical Lead - Embedded Firmware Design plays a pivotal role in managing technology for complex projects within the organization. This position is responsible for providing strategic technical direction, enhancing team capabilities, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality firmware solutions. The role blends technical expertise with leadership skills to drive innovation and maintain standards of excellence in embedded systems development. (1.) Key Responsibilities
1. Provide Technical Guidance And Mentorship To A Team Of Developers In Embedded Firmware Design, Enhancing Their Technical Capabilities In C/C++ Programming And Microcontroller Architectures, Thereby Increasing Overall Productivity.
2. Conduct Comprehensive Code Reviews And Establish Quality Assurance Processes, Focusing On Performance Optimization Techniques, Implementation Of Best Practices In Firmware Development, And Adherence To Coding Standards To Ensure The Successful Delivery Of Complex Projects.
3. Ensure Process Compliance Within The Assigned Projects, Participate In Technical Discussions And Reviews As A Technical Consultant, And Conduct Feasibility Studies On Technical Alternatives, Assessing The Best Packages, Supporting Architecture Methodologies, Identifying Technical Risks, And Facilitating Accurate Breakdowns Into Components And Estimations.
4. Collaborate With Stakeholders To Define Project Scope, Objectives, And Deliverables, And Prepare And Submit Detailed Status Reports To Minimize Exposure To Risks And Ensure Effective Closure Of Escalations Throughout The Project Lifecycle.Skill Requirements
