Senior Technical Business Analyst
Join our Identity Access Management team within the Cyber Security Technology division, where you will lead our technical analysis capabilities supporting the next generation Transformation program for Identity Management. In this key role, you will work closely with an agile team of product owners, engineers and adoption specialists to facilitate the implementation of cyber services. In collaboration with a wide range of stakeholders, you will drive service coverage, undertake pre-engagement analysis, articulate control pattern uptake and aid in front door activities.
In addition, you will take on a wide scope of responsibilities such as developing adoption materials, educating on technical aspects and utilisation options, conducting data discovery, troubleshooting and defining acceptance criteria and testing. What you offer

5-8 years’ experience as a Technical Business Analyst, gained from complex programs in cyber security, engineering, digital transformation or other technical domains  Experience in Identity Management, SailPoint or other identity governance platformsProficient in data analysis with advanced Excel and SQL skillsAbility to gather and document requirements for delivery Strong communication skills to plann, coordinate and drive initiatives with both business and technical colleagues, across offices and time zones Ability to work in an agile scrum team environment and manage ambiguity while delivering quality outcomes in a timely manner.
