Key Responsibilities: * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into detailed technical specifications * Lead ERP evaluation and implementation efforts, providing guidance on system selection, integration, and optimization * Support software development initiatives by contributing to architecture discussions, requirement definitions, and testing strategies * Manage and document the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes, ensuring compliance with internal standards and best practices * Conduct gap analyses, feasibility studies, and impact assessments for proposed solutions * Facilitate stakeholder workshops, technical reviews, and solution presentations * Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation through technology * Provide ongoing support and expertise for cloud-based infrastructure and services
