Job Description:

CoStar Realty Information, Inc. seeks a Senior Technical Business Analyst to analyze work processes to improve efficiency, quality and data-driven decision making. Work with the HR team leads and business unit managers to evaluate future Workday enhancements and modules, recommend usage, and support the implementation of future Workday modules. Support the planning and execution of Workday projects, business requirements, business processes and workflows, system configuration and changes, controls, and security optimization. #LI-DNI

Position requires a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related STEM field, followed by 5 years of progressively responsible experience with software design, development, testing, and implementation. Experience must include a minimum of: 5 years of experience with Workday system configuration and reporting tools, including Absence Management, Benefits, HCM Core, and Workday Advanced Reporting; 5 years of experience performing data loading in Workday using Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB), and building XSLT for data transformation on an outbound EIB; 5 years of experience with managing and executing test plans using Microsoft Excel or Asana; 5 years of experience with planning, preparing, and executing testing activities, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT); 5 years of experience with cross-functional knowledge of HR processes and touch points in HCM, payroll, benefits, recruiting, training, and talent; and 5 years of experience with Agile methodology for product delivery.

Job location: Arlington, VA. RATE OF PAY: $147,784.00 - $154,000.00 per year.
