Removes impediments, reviews work for completeness, and meets or exceeds customer requirements. Leads project task area team(s) and serves as main point of contact (POC) for related technical expertise. Solves a variety of business problems with up-to-date advanced solutions. **Specific Responsibilities:** - May lead the execution of advanced solutions strategies. - Provides technical expertise; SME (subject matter expert). - Works with company leadership and Project Managers to deliver professional technical services and solutions. - Stays up to date with current trends and developments. - Establishes professional relationships with appropriate customer personnel (purchasing, engineering, quality assurances, management, etc). - Collaborates with other team members to ensure on-going improvements in quality and service. - May provide staff with technical guidance.
