Kforce has a client that is seeking a Senior Tech Risk Lead in Horsham, PA. Duties Include: * Drives awareness, adoption and implementation of the risk management framework and policy across Technology * Evaluates end-to-end technology processes to help identify and manage risk * Works with Technology stakeholders to drive remediation of issues and helps ensure robust action plans are developed and completed * Serves as a liaison for Internal Audit, External Audit and Regulators * Establishes training programs and protocols to address compliance and risk management issues in Technology * Develops and produces risk reporting to Senior Management including emerging risks and mitigation strategies to address risk or control failure * Supports the establishment and execution of SOX and operational controls across Technology Division * Ensures compliance with SOX requirements * Provides mentorship to other risk management team members * Performs other duties as assigned
