**In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:**
+ Take proactive responsibilities in dealing with customers and ensure the service level agreement is met.
+ Train new hires and ensure they have sufficient knowledge and skills before performing their work alone or independently.
+ Assist direct reports in the resolution of escalations in the area of specific support.
+ Support projects related to quality improvement, such as Think Customer, QMS, etc. and handle ad hoc tasks to support the objectives of the management.
+ Generate reports based on team deliverables and present them to management and counterparts.
+ Participate in goal-setting reviews to ensure challenging and stretched goals and assignments for the team in support of the overall business.
+ Evaluate individual performance and perform regular coaching to enhance the performance of staff and encourage participation in decision-making.
+ Identify and document changes in the roles, responsibilities, accountabilities, and workload of employees to properly determine the volume headcount ratio and work scope.

**For This Role, You Will Need:**
+ Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or any Accounting-related courses.
+ 7.5 years of proven experience in Finance and Accounting, with at least 5.5 years specializing in Accounts Payable (including invoice processing, issue resolution, and payments), and 3 years’ experience in handling people.
+ Experience in handling external and internal audit, vendor inquiries, and account reconciliation.
+ Practical knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning, multiple ERPs such as Oracle, SAP and JDE
+ Working knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles, SOX, and Internal Audit Control.
**Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:**
+ Preferably a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or with an ACCA license.
