**Job Description:**
The Senior Team Lead, Source-to-Contract, will ensure that the Service Delivery Procurement Source-to-Contract organization delivers results in support of Global Services, OneProcurement and Johnson & Johnson business strategy and objectives. The role works directly with the business, category teams, and the broader function. Additionally, you contribute to and/or own the operational execution of prioritized category strategy implementations, sourcing and contracting cases, and other critical functional activities.
**Key Responsibilities**
+ Supervises a team of individual contributors and is accountable for conducting effective performance management and achievement of team goals within expected standards.
+ Supervises & conducts the day-to-day operations of the Source-to-Contract function, including sourcing event management, price and other contract terms negotiation, contract drafting and execution, and stakeholder management activities. Delivers against defined Service Levels.
+ Partners with Category Procurement teams, Legal, Compliance, IT, Security, and other relevant functions to align sourcing and contracts with category strategy, data privacy, cybersecurity and regulatory needs.
+ Collaborate with multiple departments in the development and execution of strategies and plans that improve the organization’s profitability and competitive position, utilizing market intelligence, risk assessments, and total cost projections.
+ Drives continuous improvements in user experience, effectiveness, and efficiency in assigned areas of responsibility.
+ Support development and implementation of automation and AI (Artificial Intelligence) initiatives within assigned areas of responsibility; act as product owner for S2C tools and AI features; gather requirements, prioritize, test, and roll out enhancements.
+ Create Value by establishing and nurturing strong relationships with key business partners and leadership across regions in scope with a view to proactively understanding and constructively influence their needs and expectations, secure cross-functional alignment.
+ Change management: training, coaching, and upskilling teams on new digital tools and processes
+ Integrates Johnson & Johnson’s Credo and Leadership Imperatives in day-to-day interactions with team.
**Qualifications**
**Education:**
+ Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent University degree is required.
+ An MBA or further advanced degree is preferred.
**Experience and Skills**
**Required:**
+ 4-6 years of Procurement, Finance, or other relevant business experience.
+ Collaboration, Communication & Influencing Skills: Should be regarded as a constructive player representing Source-to-Contract and overall procurement in various teams within the company and outside. Should have the requisite communication skills to communicate & influence objectives and then develop collaborative relationships both internally and externally to achieve them.
+ Learning Agility & Openness to Change.
**Preferred:**
+ Good understanding of Source-to-settle processes and operations.
+ Shared Services Industry experience.
+ Fluency in English (written and oral) is required. Fluency in one other language (written and oral) for the supported region(s) is preferred.

Requires up to 5% domestic and international travel.
**Work Location & Schedule**
This position will be part of the EMEA Service Delivery Procurement organization and will primarily support the EMEA region. To ensure effective collaboration with stakeholders across EMEA, the role requires partial coverage of EMEA time zone working hours.
· Shift: Monday to Friday
· Hours: 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM (Manila time)
As part of our Company’s growth and expansion plans, we are preparing to relocate to a new office in BGC, Taguig City, tentatively by Q2 2026. Please note that the timeline may still change depending on project developments and other considerations.
