You'll

 

Be responsible for the direct and indirect taxes for PMI in Germany and Austria.Support our management and organization with providing tax advise on business initiatives and trainings on tax related topics.Support tax audits. Maintain relationship and cooperate with Fiscal Authorities.  Coordinate and ensure timely and accurate filing of all tax obligations, including tax payments and/or refunds.Analyse and plan tax obligations for upcoming years during the budget cycles; report on actuals.Work on international projects and process improvements.

 

 

What we are looking for

 

Willingness to learn and develop as tax professional.University degree in Economics, Finance, Taxation, Accounting or related field.Minimum 3 years’ prior experience working in similar position. Experience in a multinational corporation would be an advantage.Expertise in corporate income tax, trade tax, VAT, international tax principles and tax accounting. Experience in excise tax and customs taxation area would be an advantage.Strong understanding of accounting standards (IFRS, HGB).Excellent MS Office skills (especially Excel). Experience with ERP software (SAP or similar) would be an advantage.Strong analytical skills and focus on results.Strong communication skills, coupled with teamwork & proactivity.Fluency in business German and English, both written and spoken.
