Job Summary

Anord Mardix, a Flex company, are a global group that manufactures switchgear and associated products for installation in mission-critical and live commercial buildings ranging from data centres to the international headquarters of some of the world’s largest companies.

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Senior Tax Specialist located in Bielsko-Biala, Poland.

What a typical day looks like:

Preparing data for tax declarations (VAT, CIT, local taxes, and others)Verifying the accuracy of accounting entries in terms of compliance with tax regulationsResponsibility for account postings related to tax settlementsReviewing planned transactions for tax complianceSupporting the Accounts Receivable teamCollaborating with other departmentsEnsuring compliance with SOX procedures (related to internal financial controls within the company)

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

University degree in finance or accountingMinimum 5 years of experience in a similar position within a manufacturing companyVery good command of EnglishKnowledge of Polish tax regulations, including VAT, CIT, and local taxesExperience in cooperation with Shared Services Centers is an advantage
