Job Description
Perform tax services for individual and business clients, including planning, tax return and report preparation, review, research and consultingHandle all tax authority communications (Federal, State and Local)Interact with client personnel on tax return information, due dates, deadlines, and other compliance matters and keep team members informedIdentify opportunities to provide additional services to clientsProvide training and mentoring to staffCommunicate with Shareholders, analyze problems, and recommend solutionsAssume leadership opportunities within the departmentAct as a firm representative when attending professional and organizational events, and develop a network of referral sources through active involvement in the events.Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in AccountingCertified Public Accountant preferredA minimum of 5 years’ experience performing tax services in a CPA firmAble to meet challenging client requirements and possess strong communication, interpersonal, analytical, and research abilitiesSelf motivated, driven individual that can work independentlyAbility to develop and maintain strong client relationshipsProficient in MS Office programs, tax-preparation software (Axcess a plus), and experience with online tax researchIf interested, please apply below!

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $80000.00 - $120000.00/hr.
