Our Kforce client, located in the Saint Louis, (MO) area is seeking to hire a Senior Tax Manager to join their growing Corporate Tax team. As the Senior Tax Manager, you will oversee tax provision processes for a public company, manage compliance for federal, state, etc. This is a hands-on leadership role with significant exposure to senior management. Duties: * Lead the worldwide tax provision process, including US GAAP audit coordination * Manage federal, state, and foreign tax compliance * Develop and maintain tax SOPs, process flow charts, and internal controls * Evaluate and implement process improvements and automation in tax operations * Oversee specialized tax analyses * Maintain fixed assets for tax purposes * Forecast cash tax and tax expense; Provide strategic input on tax planning and research
