**A Snapshot of Your Day** On a typical day, you will work with colleagues in the Business Areas and in Tax, Accounting & Controlling, Legal & Compliance, Treasury & Corporate Finance, and other Corporate Functions. You will provide expert tax planning advice and legal analysis on a wide range of complex income tax matters to help ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations and support Siemens Energy’s financial and business objectives. You will interact with colleagues based in the US company headquarters in Orlando as well as throughout the United States and worldwide! **How You’ll Make anImpact** + Mergers& acquisitions and equity investments. + Intragrouprestructurings and legal entity rationalization. + Proposedand newly enacted/promulgated tax legislation/regulations. + Businessand financial transactions. + Potentialtax issues and exposures. **What You Bring** + Juris Doctorate required. Must be admitted to practice law in oneor more states. An LL.M. in Taxation isdesirable. + 8+years tax legal experience at a top-tier law or accounting firm, the InternalRevenue Service, the U.S. Treasury, or in-house at a corporation. + Currentbar membership is preferred. + Applicants must belegally authorized for employment in the United States without need for currentor future employer-sponsored work authorization.
