**Koniag Professional Services** (KPS) is seeking an experienced Senior Task Order Program Manager with active TS/SCI, for the Defense Information System Agency’s J6 Command, Control, Communications, and Computers Enterprise Directorate (DISA J6 C4E).
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing leading technical teams and critical program delivery, while ensuring the successful execution of all contractual obligations at multiple onsite locations in the National Capitol Region (NCR), such as Ft Meade MD, Arlington VA, Warrenton VA and CONUS locations as required by the government client. This Senior-level role demands proven excellence in program management, technical leadership, and stakeholder engagement. This role will be on site 5 days a week.

Responsibilities:
• Provides executive-level program management for IT operations and sustainment services supporting DISA J6’s multi-domain environments
• Provides technical leadership, management, and direction for all PWS requirements across each task program area.
• Oversees program execution to ensure all contractual obligations and technical requirements are met Develops, implements, and maintains program management plans, schedules, and controls
• Manages program resources, budget, staffing, and performance metrics to optimize efficiency and productivity across multiple programs on the task order
• Develops and implements quality control procedures to ensure all services meet or exceed performance standards
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers, subject matter experts, and operational personnel, to facilitate seamless project execution and address any challenges or issues that may arise.
• Mentors and provides guidance to project teams, ensuring knowledge transfer and adherence to established policies, procedures, and quality standards.
• Monitors project performance and progress, identifying potential risks or issues, and implementing proactive mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery.
• Ensures program maintains appropriate security posture and compliance with Risk Management Framework (RMF)
• Presents program status, achievements, and challenges to Senior DISA J6 leadership
• Develops and delivers regular performance reports, financial analyses, and technical briefings
• Develops and executes strategic roadmaps for technology modernization
• Identifies opportunities for process improvement and technology enhancements
• Advises DISA J6 Government leadership on emerging technologies and implementation strategies
• Aligns program activities with DISA J6’s strategic objectives and mission requirements
• On behalf of the Government, acts as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, providing insights and recommendations on technology-related matters.
• Serves as technical expert on executive-level project teams providing technical direction, interpretation, and alternatives.
• Stays abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices through continuous learning and participation in professional networks and forums.
• Shares insights and thought leadership internally and externally to enhance the organization's reputation as a technology leader.
+ Requirements:• 15+ years of related experience• Minimum of 10-years of related Department of Defense IT program management experience• Minimum of 10-years of supervisory and/or management experience over multiple teams• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects across multiple work site locations • Proven track record of successful program delivery in federal environments• Extensive knowledge of federal IT security requirements and extensive strategic planning experience• Proficiency with cybersecurity frameworks, DISA STIGs, and RMF processes• Experience with project management methodologies and tools, such as Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid approaches.• Experience contract management, risk mitigation, and resource allocation strategies.• Extensive knowledge of and experience with quality assurance and quality control processes for project delivery and contract compliance.• Experience working with classified systems and environments• Strong organizational, project management and problem-solving skills with impeccable multi-tasking abilities • Proven stakeholder management and effective communication strategies with clients and senior management.• Ability to take a conceptual discussion and build a presentation to convey the message to senior leaders.• Strong technical writing and documentation skills• Advanced MS Word and PowerPoint skills; proficient MS Teams, Excel and Outlook application skills • Current/Active Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification is required

Education: Master’s Degree in an Information Technology or Business-related field
