As a Senior Talent Sourcer supporting Core Engineering, you will play a pivotal role in identifying and engaging top-tier engineering talent across backend, infrastructure, systems, and AI-adjacent domains. You’ll partner closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and product leaders to build inclusive, high-impact pipelines that support Microsoft’s most strategic technical initiatives.
