In this role, you will be the Senior Technical Leader for a passionate mission-first team of industry-leading experts supporting the full spectrum of SIGINT/cyber analysis and operations for high-priority customer missions. We are seeking a technical leader to further advance the team's culture of innovation, bringing creative technical ideas and approaches to the table to solve complex problems for a diverse set of mission customers.
Responsibilities:
* Provide senior technical leadership and people leadership to a team of functional technical Subject Matter Experts (SMEs)
* Oversee technical talent evaluation processes in support of SIGINT/cyber analysis mission
* Advise on analysis tradecraft
* Lead the development and execution of training for SIGINT/cyber analysts
* Drive relevant technical knowledge sharing approaches in support of IC customers
Qualifications:
Required:
* Active TS SCI with Poly
* Experience in IC organizations conducting SIGINT and/or Cyber analysis and operations
* 12 or more years of related technical experience
* 10 or more years leadership (including technical leadership) and management experience supporting the IC or IC customers
* Experience writing white papers and presentations
* Experience leading the development of technical solutions in support of IC mission
* Excellent communications and collaboration skills
Desired:
* Strong customer relationships within the SIGINT community
* Knowledge of and connections with the Industry Base supporting diverse technical efforts within the IC
* Experience working with Program Management Organizations (PMOs)

Pay Range: There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:
