+ You have a background within the Healthcare, Physician or Optometry space.
+ Experience managing multiple projects using agile methodology, ensuring timely delivery and adaptability to changing priorities.
+ Deep understanding of business needs and the ability to translate them into effective talent acquisition solutions.
+ Strong relationship-building skills to foster collaboration across cross-functional teams and external partners.

Our team specializes in recruiting optometrists for Walmart and Sam’s Club, acting as strategic partners and subject matter experts. We develop targeted campus and recruitment strategies, leveraging data-driven insights and a financial matrix to prioritize efforts. By building strong relationships with business partners and optometry students, we ensure consistent communication and collaboration. The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00 - $155,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
