We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to lead full-cycle recruitment efforts for key positions across the business. As a trusted advisor to hiring managers and business leaders, you will play a critical role in identifying, attracting, and securing top-tier talent to support our company’s growth and success. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, stakeholder management, and hands-on execution of recruitment. You will drive talent acquisition strategies across EMEA Region while delivering a best-in-class candidate and hiring manager experience.
Sophos is a remote first Organisation but we do require this role to be based from Romania.What you will do:Act as a strategic partner to business leaders, understanding workforce plans and aligning recruitment strategies with business goals.Lead end-to-end recruitment for mid-to-senior and niche roles across multiple functions or business units.Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to attract passive and active candidates, including through social media, networking events, market mapping, employee referrals, and direct outreach.Build strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.Screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure fit with both role requirements and company culture.Guide hiring managers on best practices in interviewing, selection, and candidate experience.Champion employer branding efforts and help drive candidate engagement initiatives.Utilize data and analytics to report on recruitment metrics and provide insights for continuous improvement.What you will bring:Proven experience of full-cycle recruitment from the technology, software or cybersecurity sectorAt least 7 years of experience focused on hiring either Technical or Go-To-Market positionsStrong knowledge of the EMEA recruitment market, particularly in sourcing and assessing experienced professionals across multiple EMEA CountriesProven ability to use your business acumen to quickly establish yourself as a trusted advisor to the business with the ability to shape the recruitment strategy in partnership with key stakeholders.Solid experience of sourcing candidates through advanced sourcing strategies, networking, social media, university relations, headhunting, etc. to maintain a deep candidate pipeline.  Ability to build value propositions and attract passive talentHands-on experience with ATS and sourcing platforms (Lever, LinkedIn, Boolean Search etc.).Proven organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and capable of handling high volume of requisitions with competing demands and tight deadlines.  Strong communication, stakeholder management, and project management skills and the ability to influence at all levels.Excellent written and spoken English and Romanian.  Additional European Languages highly advantageous#B2##LI-JG1
