In this role, you’ll lead MSP oversight, vendor performance, VMS administration, and continuous improvement initiatives that ensure high‑quality, cost‑effective talent delivery. You will partner closely with cross‑functional stakeholders to optimize processes, implement change, and enable data‑driven decision‑making across the organization. **What You’ll Work On** + Lead day‑to‑day MSP program operations, ensuring SLA/KPI adherence, optimized rate cards, and high-performing supplier partnerships. + Manage VMS activities (e.g., Beeline, SAP Fieldglass), including requisition workflows, approvals, compliance checks, reporting, and user support. + Conduct quarterly business reviews with MSP and suppliers; drive action plans focused on fill rates, time‑to‑fill, quality, DEI outcomes, and cost optimization. + Maintain and update program processes, policies, and SOPs in alignment with Procurement, Legal, HR, and other stakeholders. + Serve as the primary escalation point for hiring managers and functional leaders to resolve issues promptly. + Lead change management for new processes, technology enhancements, and policy updates; deliver training and enablement sessions. + Ensure compliance with worker classification rules, co-employment risk mitigation, tenure/cooling policies, and data privacy guidelines. + Partner with Legal/Compliance on audits, documentation hygiene, and remediation as needed. + Monitor and govern rate adherence, exceptions, and waivers. + Own program metrics and dashboards to track cycle times, cost savings, quality, supplier mix, and diversity utilization. + Analyze trends to recommend sourcing strategies, rate‑card updates, and workforce mix decisions (contingent vs. FTE vs. SOW). + Lead cross-functional projects aimed at improving efficiency, stakeholder experience, and operational outcomes. **Required Qualifications** + Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Supply Chain, Operations, or related field. + 6–8+ years of experience in contingent workforce, staffing, or MSP program operations with strong knowledge of MSP/VMS models. + 2+ years of people leadership experience (direct or matrix). + Demonstrated project management experience including scoping, planning, risk mitigation, and stakeholder communication. + Proficiency with VMS platforms (e.g., Beeline, SAP Fieldglass, Coupa) and advanced Excel; experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) is a plus. + Strong business acumen with the ability to influence senior stakeholders, negotiate with suppliers, and drive organizational change. + Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable delivering training and executive-level updates. **Preferred Qualifications** + Experience overseeing SOW engagements in addition to staff augmentation programs. + Background in regulated industries such as healthcare, life sciences, financial services, or manufacturing. + Familiarity with global contingent workforce models (e.g., EOR, PEO) and international compliance nuances. **Learn more about our health and wellness benefits, which provide the security to help you and your family live full lives:** www.abbottbenefits.com Follow your career aspirations to Abbott for diverse opportunities with a company that can help you build your future and live your best life. The base pay for this position is $78,000.00 – $156,000.00. In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
