We are seeking a strategic and experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Manager to lead hiring initiatives across the EMEA region. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, international environment and is passionate about building high-performing teams across diverse markets.
Your Key Responsibilities
Strategic Hiring Leadership: Develop and execute region-specific hiring strategies, including localization efforts in priority marketsProject & Stakeholder Management: Lead talent acquisition workstreams for major expansions, including new site builds. Collaborate with HR, legal, and operations teams to ensure compliance and alignment with local labor marketsTeam Leadership: Lead and develop a team of 8 talent acquisition professionals across multiple geographies. Provide coaching, performance feedback, and career development support to ensure team success and engagementOperational Excellence: Manage vendor coordination, and salary benchmarking discussions. Ensure alignment with budget and compliance standardsCross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal and external stakeholders including HRBPs, hiring managers, and RPO vendors to drive hiring outcomes and process improvementsHiring execution: Partner with hiring managers on high-profile roles to define needs, lead the interview and selection process, and facilitate offers aligned with business and HR strategiesYour Qualifications:
9+ years of recruiting experience, preferably across EMEAStrong leadership presence with a collaborative and empathetic approachProven ability to navigate complex hiring landscapes and adapt to local needsExcellent communication, stakeholder management, and project execution skillsFamiliarity with regional labor laws and compliance requirementsWhat we can offer you:
