This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, international environment and is passionate about building high-performing teams across diverse markets. **Your Key Responsibilities** + Strategic Hiring Leadership: Develop and execute region-specific hiring strategies, including localization efforts in priority markets + Project & Stakeholder Management: Lead talent acquisition workstreams for major expansions, including new site builds. Collaborate with HR, legal, and operations teams to ensure compliance and alignment with local labor markets + Team Leadership: Lead and develop a team of 8 talent acquisition professionals across multiple geographies. Provide coaching, performance feedback, and career development support to ensure team success and engagement + Operational Excellence: Manage vendor coordination, and salary benchmarking discussions. Ensure alignment with budget and compliance standards + Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal and external stakeholders including HRBPs, hiring managers, and RPO vendors to drive hiring outcomes and process improvements + Hiring execution: Partner with hiring managers on high-profile roles to define needs, lead the interview and selection process, and facilitate offers aligned with business and HR strategies **Your Qualifications:** + 9+ years of recruiting experience, preferably across EMEA + Strong leadership presence with a collaborative and empathetic approach + Proven ability to navigate complex hiring landscapes and adapt to local needs + Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project execution skills + Familiarity with regional labor laws and compliance requirements **What we can offer you:** + 3 sick days per year + Additional vacation days + 100% sick leave compensation for up to 2 months per year + Flexibility / hybrid working model - combining professional and private life + A broad selection of soft/hard skills training and individual mentoring + Employer contribution to the Third Pillar Pension System Base gross monthly salary: €3,500 – €5,500, The final offer will reflect the role’s scope and complexity, as well as the candidate’s qualifications, expertise, and experience.
