Pwc Luxembourg is hiring a Senior Talent Acquisition Advisor (m/f/d). What if it was you?
Your mission: We are looking for a motivated and strategic Talent Acquisition Partner dedicated to experienced hires to join our Talent Attraction & Acquisition team. In this role, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle for experienced profiles, partner closely with business leaders, and act as a trusted advisor on talent acquisition strategy and market trends. You will play a key role in ensuring an exceptional candidate experience and strengthening our talent pipeline in priority skill areas.

Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for experienced roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation;Act as the main point of contact for leaders within assigned business units, building strong partnerships with hiring managers;Coordinate regularly with TA Graduate and Talent Attraction teams to ensure effective targets communication and status;Advise business stakeholders on talent needs, market trends, and recruitment best practices;Ensure an outstanding candidate experience throughout all stages of the recruitment process;Contribute to talent mapping and proactive pipelining for critical and emerging skill sets;Participate in strategic projects and initiatives within the Talent Attraction & Acquisition function;Report to the Talent Acquisition Team Lead, demonstrating a solution-oriented mindset, strategic thinking, and commitment to continuous process improvement.Let’s talk about you. Hold a bachelor/master's degree in human resources, business, or a related field;Have minimum 4–6 years of experience in recruitment/talent acquisition, ideally with exposure to experienced-hire recruitment;Demonstrate strong stakeholder management and advisory skills, with the ability to influence and build trusted relationships;Have proven experience in sourcing and assessing candidates across different channels;Show excellent communication and interpersonal skills, combined with emotional intelligence to engage effectively with candidates and stakeholders;Have a growth mindset, with adaptability and openness to learning in a fast-paced environment;Have strong analytical and critical thinking skills, enabling you to assess data, challenge assumptions, and propose solutions; Demonstrate a collaborative approach with strong teamwork skills, contributing to collective success;Have a client-centric mindset, ensuring high-quality service delivery and stakeholder satisfaction;Have an entrepreneurial spirit, demonstrating proactivity, innovation, and a solution-driven approach to challenges;Are with Workday or similar applicant tracking systems, it is a plus;Are fluent in English.
