Job Description We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Tableau Developer to support our enterprise-wide migration to SAP ERP and modernize reporting capabilities. This role will focus on building and optimizing Tableau dashboards and data views that integrate with Snowflake and SAP ERP. • Primary responsibility is to build efficient, reliable, and well-structured Tableau Workbooks for operational, financial, and commercial data. • Ability to prototype/design dashboards for stakeholder approval • Ability to evaluate and assess existing dashboards to update based on revised data sources • Rewire existing Tableau solutions to ensure compatibility with SAP ERP or build new reporting solutions from scratch. • Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their processes and data requirements, translating them into scalable dashboard solutions. • Partnering with the data layer, ensure that data is captured correctly and structured to support dashboards, KPIs, and other business intelligence needs We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day. Skills and Requirements Skills/ Experience: • Strong Tableau development – experience with Tableau Cloud highly preferred • Ability to lead sessions with the business and help lead the lifecycle of a deliverable from requirements through to production. • Strong customer facing skills – gathering/ understanding requirements/ asking clarifying questions o Ability to deal with difficult/ reluctant stakeholders - Some have been using legacy ERP over last 20+ years so making this transition very stressful for those that have been there a while. • Proactive/ self-sufficient (taking initiative – not just a task taker/ waiting for instructions) – this is VERY important to the hiring manager! o Skillsets surrounding Performance Optimization of Dashboards o New Tableau Cloud features (i.e. Tableau Pulse, Extract Works, etc.) o Similar project work: modernization/ migration/ reverse-engineering o Experience with SAP or other ERP (Netsuite, MS Dynamics AX, etc.) would be a plus but not required
