Our client, a law firm in Boston, MA, is looking to hire a Senior TA Specialist to join their growing recruiting team.

Responsibilities:

Manage the full recruiting process for a wide range of corporate roles from beginning to endOwn candidate communication throughout the process to ensure a high-quality experienceServe as a resource to hiring managers and the HR team around market trends, candidate expectations, and moreOversee background checks, new hire paperwork & ATS updates

Qualifications:
