Senior Systems Engineering Analyst
Job Title: Sr Systems Engineering Analyst

Job Description

As a member of the MDA MASC-F team, you will contribute to the development and qualification of missile defense system hardware and software. This role involves supporting the Modeling and Simulation Contract – Framework and Tools (MASC-F), which ensures readiness against evolving threats through system assessments, engagement conditions, and target phenomena evaluations.

ResponsibilitiesSupport the development and qualification of missile defense system hardware and software.Evaluate system configurations, engagement conditions, and target phenomena.Run 'what-if' scenarios to ensure effective system configurations.Provide products and tools to support modeling and simulation enterprise.Assess operational effectiveness and survivability through critical data analysis.Integrate real-world hardware and constructive models into one accurate system.Evaluate fielded and conceptual architectures against various threats.Essential SkillsExperience with Red Hat Enterprise Linux OS.Proficiency in Python or similar technology.Exposure to MDA system technology.Secret security clearance to start.Additional Skills & QualificationsInterface experience with phenomenology knowledge.Technical-depth knowledge with at least one sensor (RF or EOIR).Ability to deliver technical briefings at high levels.Understanding of 6-DOF trajectory analysis.Real-time understanding of blocking calls and semaphore impacts.Knowledge of TCP/IP and Unicast.Core Truth Model experience is a plus.Work Environment

The work will be performed onsite in Huntsville, AL, with the option of a 9/80 schedule. A government security clearance of SECRET or higher is required

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $75.00 - $90.00/hr.
