The Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance Systems (C4ISRS) Business area provides actionable intelligence for our warfighters and decision makers through innovative technical solutions from the seas to the stars. Space Systems is a premier provider of advanced high-reliability space electronics and mission systems. Our products have enabled a wide variety of civil, commercial, and national security space missions for over 25 years. As a Senior Systems Engineer in the Space System Product line, your responsibilities will include:
+ Working as part of a multi-disciplinary team to integrate and test Digital Signal Processing solutions for the warfighter
+ Integrating and testing newly developed software capabilities on multiple processing platforms including cloud, VPC, and Mission Unique environments
+ Provide support to ongoing mission-related activities, including operational anomaly resolution
+ Support Quick Reaction Capability (QRC) integration, test, and deployment
+ Support key customer milestones
+ Collaborate with other engineers to solve challenging problems and contribute to the growth of the product area
This position is based out of our Merrimack NH facilities in the Northeast.
Because of the need for consistent, in-person collaboration and/or the requirement to perform all work onsite due to the nature of this particular role, work will be conducted on location at a BAE Systems facility 100% of the time.

**Required Education, Experience, & Skills**
+ Bachelor's degree in a related engineering discipline and 4 years' experience
+ Active Top Secret/ SCI clearance
+ Experience understanding the System Engineering lifecycle and processes.
+ Exposure to System Integration and Test activities
+ Team player with a proactive attitude and ability to be productive in a dynamic/collaborative environment
+ Motivated self-starter with good problem-solving skills, judgment, and analytical capability
+ Ability to obtain a CompTIA Security certification within 3-6 months of hire
+ Ability to be submitted for and obtain a polygraph
**Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills**
+ Cloud Computing knowledge or experience
+ Understanding of Software Defined Radio architecture
+ RF Domain Experience
+ Experience with Agile Methodologies and Tools
+ Strong oral and written communications skills including technical documentation development
+ Planning and organization skills; Attention to detail; possessing a drive for continuous improvement and product ownership
+ Possess active CompTIA Security certification
**Pay Information**
Full-Time Salary Range: $95106 - $161680
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
