Our team solves tough, meaningful problems that create a safer, more secure world. **Raytheon is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer – Scrum Master.** In this role, you will lead the Integrated Product Team (IPT) by applying Agile best practices in alignment with the overall program’s Agile strategy. You will manage the full suite of Agile processes for the Integration and Test IPT, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily stand-ups, demos, and retrospectives. Your leadership will help ensure seamless integration with the ground segment, deliver value to the customer, and support the achievement of program goals. You will collaborate with the team to maintain a healthy backlog of well-defined, development-ready user stories, and support consistent and effective story point estimation. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
