Description:The Satellite Engineering, Operations & Sustainment Support (SEOSS) organization supporting the COOLR program is in need of a Systems Engineer with networking experience to perform technical planning, network architecture, configuration of Cisco network equipment and cryptographic devices (TACLANE), implementation and integration, sustainment, cost and risk analysis, and obsolescence for satellite telemetry systems, video-teleconferencing solutions, and other collaboration applications on a classified network.

As a Systems Engineer in this position, you will:

• Architect and Maintain IP Networks
• Engineer and generate technical solutions
• Ensure projects are completed on schedule following established procedures, schedules, system
requirements, and work plans
• Configure and upgrade Cisco network switches and routers
• Configure and upgrade Cisco Firepower Threat Defense Systems
• Configure TACLANE cryptographic devices (KG-175F and KG-175X)
• Configure and troubleshoot network routes (e.g.; Static, EIGRP, VPN)
• Troubleshoot and resolve Wide Area Networks (WAN)
• Troubleshoot and resolve Local Area Networks (LAN)
• Configure and troubleshoot port-channels, VLANs
• Backup device configurations and restore as needed
• Open support tickets with Cisco as needed
• Occasionally support adjusted work hours/schedules based upon Program needs (
