Responsibilities will include: * Designing and delivering comprehensive training programs for NSW communications systems * Developing and maintaining training materials, including courseware, manuals, and simulation tools * Conducting training sessions and providing expert instruction to NSW operators * Evaluating operator proficiency and providing feedback to ensure mission readiness * Staying up-to-date with the latest developments in NSW tactical communications, network and cyber/IT technologies and incorporating these into training programs * Assist with the design and integration efforts of C5I technologies (e.g. radio, telecommunication, IT, and computer networks) across Navy ships, other maritime platforms, and transit case based systems * Maintain strong relationships with key customers, teammates and vendors Ideal candidate will have strong verbal communication skills and be comfortable speaking to a large audience and provide expert knowledge and training on a broad range of communications systems. They should have a spirit of continuous learning, incorporating the last technologies into design concepts and training courses. They will also have strong writing abilities to develop technical documentation and latest training course material. This position is located in San Diego.
