As a member of our Site Reliability Engineering team, you will be responsible for managing and supporting a suite of modern software development tools that empower our engineering teams to build, test,  and  deploy software efficiently and securely.  You will play a critical role in ensuring the reliability, security, and performance of our development infrastructure. This role is pivotal in ensuring the platforms’ reliability, scalability, and usability for infrastructure-wide development experience.

What you have

Required Qualifications: 

6-8+ years of experience in system engineering,  DevOps, or infrastructure support4-5+ years of hands-on experience with cloud platforms and infrastructure-as-code toolsStrong hands-on experience with GitHub ecosystem and CI/CD toolsProficiency with both Windows and Linux operating systemsFamiliarity with security practices including certificate management and patchingSolid understanding of networking, authentication, and access controlExcellent troubleshooting, scripting,  and  automation skills  (e.g., Bash, PowerShell,  Python)Strong communication and documentation abilities. Strong understanding of project management methodologies and processes (Agile, Kanban)Ability to support and mentor users, including running office hours and providing technical guidance.Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, platform governance, and automation best practices.Excellent communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.Experience coaching and mentoring junior team members

Preferred Qualifications: 

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, IT, or related field, or an additional 5+ years of relevant experience.Certifications in AWS,  Azure, or other cloud technologiesExperience with observability tools (e.g., Prometheus,  Grafana, Splunk)Exposure to containerization and orchestration  (Docker,  Kubernetes)Experience working in 5,000+ users’ environmentExperience in Change Control process (Remedy/Helix)Comfort level with the Atlassian toolset (Jira, Confluence, Bamboo)Knowledge of security standards, compliance, and Role Based Access Control (RBAC) in automation environments.
