The Senior System Engineer is responsible for designing, developing, troubleshooting, and maintaining internal, enterprise-level systems infrastructure, including servers, networks, storage systems, and other software components that support Sherwin Williams’ IT environment to ensure they operate efficiently and effectively. Additionally, the Incumbent determines hardware compatibility and/or influences hardware design to ensure that the resulting functionality matches business and customer requirements. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to achieve departmental goals and effective communication skills are essential to success in this role.
