If so, let's start the conversation. **Job Summary** Iron Mountain is seeking an **experienced and motivated** Senior Systems Engineer to join our Information Technology (IT) Support team. In this role, you will be responsible for **diagnosing, detecting, and fixing technical issues for MFT systems** and ensuring the restoration of these critical IT systems to stable operations. **What You’ll Do** **In this role, you will:** + Offer MFT IT technical support services to operations across global sites. + Co-ordinate with internal and external partners during the partner on-boarding process. + Develop, maintain, and research innovative approaches for system administration tasks, including installation and configuration procedures. + Work efficiently as an individual contributor, executing transactions as per prescribed guidelines and timelines to meet SLA and quality standards. + Engage with Operations staff and customers to resolve MFT systems technical issues, often requiring coordination with multiple IT functional departments in a large enterprise environment. + Drive Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for permanent solutions to ensure operational stability. **What You’ll Bring** **The ideal candidate will have:** + **6-8+ years** of relevant experience in MFT Application Support and Secure File Transfer Protocols. + Strong knowledge of various file transfer protocols, including **SSH/SFTP, FTPS, HTTPS, and AS2** . + A very good understanding of Managed File Transfer Tools and experience working with IT systems problem management tools (e.g., HP Service Manager, ServiceNow, Jira). + Very good knowledge of **Windows and Linux Operating systems** . + Basic knowledge of networking concepts, Active Directory, SQL, and Cloud technologies. + A Bachelor's degree. + Excellent problem-solving, organizational skills, and a proven ability to plan, prioritize, and multi-task work effectively on multiple tracks.
