BGS is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer to support multiple programs and proposal activities in either Oklahoma City, Oklahoma; Saint Louis, Missouri or Jacksonville, Florida in the role of a Product Manager.

Position Responsibilities:

Applies an interdisciplinary, collaborative approach to plan, design, develop and verify complex lifecycle balanced system of systems and system solutionsEvaluates customer/operational needs to define and coordinate system performance requirements, integrate technical parameters and assure compatibility of all physical, functional and program interfacesPerforms various analyses to optimize the total system of systems and/or system architecturePerforms analysis for affordability, safety, reliability, maintainability, testability, human systems integration, survivability, vulnerability, susceptibility, system security, regulatory, certification, product assurance and other specialties quality factors into a preferred configuration to ensure mission successDevelops, maintains and identifies improvements for the planning, organization, implementation and monitoring of requirements management processes, tools, risk, issues, opportunity management and technology readiness assessment processesResolves cross-functional technical issues

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited course of study in engineering, engineering technology (includes manufacturing engineering technology), chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science3+ years’ experience managing projects with Earned Value Management reporting requirements9+ years’ experience with data analytics or computer technology

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

Master’s degreeActive Security ClearanceEVM certified to be a Control Account Manager1+ year experience on one or more KC-46A aircraft programs1+ year experience with Open Plan Professional1+ year experience with Jira project management software5+ years project management experience5+ years’ experience with Lean process improvement projects and principlesExperience performing root cause analysis to identify corrective actionsExperience developing or reviewing Statements of WorkExperience developing Basis of Estimates for contract proposals

Summary pay range: $111,350 - $162,150
