Senior Systems Engineer
**Job Summary** We are seeking a Senior Systems Engineer with 2 to 4 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Dynatrace ITIL V4 Service Now and Unix with a strong background in Retail Banking. This hybrid role involves rotational shifts and does not require travel. The candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining and optimizing our systems to ensure seamless operations. **Responsibilities** + Oversee the monitoring and performance of systems using Dynatrace to ensure optimal functionality. + Provide support and troubleshooting for Unix-based systems to maintain system integrity. + Utilize Service Now for incident management and service requests to ensure timely resolution. + Implement ITIL V4 practices to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address system issues and improve performance. + Conduct regular system audits and generate reports to identify areas for improvement. + Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations and procedures. + Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in Retail Banking. + Participate in rotational shifts to provide 24/7 support and ensure system availability. + Assist in the planning and execution of system upgrades and migrations. + Provide training and support to junior team members to enhance their technical skills. + Engage in continuous learning to stay updated with the latest technologies and industry trends. + Contribute to the overall success of the company by ensuring reliable and efficient system operations. **Qualifications** + Must have experience with Dynatrace for system monitoring and performance optimization. + Required to have a strong understanding of ITIL V4 practices for service management. + Should possess hands-on experience with Service Now for incident and service request management. + Must be proficient in Unix for system support and troubleshooting. + Nice to have experience in Retail Banking to understand domain-specific requirements. + Required to have excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. + Should have strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members. **Certifications Required** ITIL V4 Foundation Certification Dynatrace Associate Certification Cognizant is an equal opportunity employer.
