**Senior Systems Engineer: Lead Designer**
As a Senior Systems Engineer you will be delivering high quality (subsystems of) products, by meeting user and business requirements, managing complexity, technical leadership, and stakeholder management.
**Your role:**
+ You are the overall lead within projects (technical content). You make sure the implementation is according to the roadmap and by that deliver valuable solutions for our clinical users and patients
+ You are a major player in the core-team of MR system projects, supporting the end-to-end engineering of gradual enhancements and new innovations into the market
+ Lead a multi-disciplinary team to make and own technical decisions, defining the technical scope of programs
+ Ensure the user requirements, system and design specifications are accurate, complete, and testable
+ Manage design inputs, design review and risk management activities, and implement traceability from user needs to detailed specifications
+ Oversee design implications, lead technical reviews and design reviews, and ensure product quality and reliability

**You are fit if:**
+ You have a Master or PhD degree in a relevant field
+ You have 5+ years of relevant experience in the medical or comparable highly regulated industry
+ You have 5+ years of systems engineering experience
+ You have proven knowledge of/experience in: Systems Engineering, Requirements Engineering, Decomposition & Budgeting methodologies (e.g. INCOSE), Data driven techniques (e.g. DMAIC, DfSS)
+ You have technical leadership and risk-based management skills
+ You possess strong analytical skills, with high quality output and a helicopter view with ability to go deep into the technical content
+ You have excellent communication, collaboration skills, and ability to work under pressure to meet regulatory and business requirements.
**How we work together:**
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
This role is an office-based role.
