The lululemon’s Upstream Supply Chain Technology team enables lululemon's supply chain from raw materials to finished good production through innovative technology solutions. A day in the life:
As a Senior Systems Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing efficiency and scalability in lululemon’s upstream supply chain. You will focus on systems supporting supply planning, vendor allocation, purchasing models, and PO management, aligning our systems and processes with industry-leading practices. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in retail supply chain operations and technology, paired with a passion for delivering impactful solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
The Senior Systems Analyst analyzes technology systems and related processes to identify and design improvements. Coordinates with engineering/systems team to develop the most cost-effective solution on complex, high-impact efforts.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science/engineering or equivalent5+ years as Systems or Business Analyst; 10+ years in IT;Experience creating technical specifications and documentation for large, complex projectsKnowledge of various project lifecycle methodologies (waterfall, agile, etc.)Proven experience with application configurationProven experience with system/application implementationExperience with SaaS implementation.Knowledge of SQL scripts for analysis and reporting (SQL).Experience working with supply chain platforms such as E2open, SAP IBP, Blue Yonder, Anaplan, Oracle SCM or similar systems is required.Working experience with cloud platforms namely AWS.Agile work experience using automated technologies and tools including JIRA, ServiceNow, and PagerDuty.Must haves:

lululemon’s compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position is from $123,500-$154,000,000 annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program, subject to program eligibility requirements.
