Job Description One of our large financial institutions is seeking strong technical business systems analysts to join their team. As a Senior Systems Analyst, you will collaborate closely with business stakeholders and development teams to gather and refine requirements using Agile methodologies. You’ll lead backlog grooming sessions and facilitate solution design discussions across client and server-side technologies. Your role includes analyzing complex problems, proposing scalable solutions, and supporting product delivery through all stages, including on-call support when needed. You’ll mentor junior analysts and contribute to the continuous improvement of development standards. Effective communication and relationship-building will be key to influencing cross-functional teams and driving successful outcomes. This role can sit fully remote but must be available for CST / EST timezone. Compensation: $55/ HR - $65/ HR Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including location, skills, experience, and education.
