Typically, Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, System Development, or closely related field.
At least five (5) years of experience as a lead or system analyst of a Learning Management System (preferably, Saba Cloud), Cornerstone Learning Experience Platform (LXP), and Workday Talent suite.
Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and business users.
Ability to pragmatically define business solutions and follow the project to end, while setting up the hand off with sustainable success.
Must live local to the Buffalo, NY area to work on-site.
As the Senior Systems Analyst, you will…
Foster strategic relationships and engage with stakeholders across all levels of the organization to effectively deliver tailored system solutions that align with business objectives.
Lead the configuration and deployment of Learning and Development applications, ensuring seamless integration and optimal functionality.
Oversee the ongoing maintenance and support of live Learning and Development systems, proactively addressing issues to ensure consistent performance and user satisfaction.
Stay abreast of system updates and technological advancements, ensuring the organization remains current and competitive in its application landscape.
Define and shape key components of projects, processes, and programs, contributing to the strategic direction and operational excellence of Learning and Development initiatives.
Build relationships and communicate with various stakeholders within the business, at varying levels, to deliver system solutions.

The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Moog salary range for this position in the given work location. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance.
