Senior Systems Analyst
As a Senior Systems Analyst for Customer Identity & Access Management (CIAM) Team in the Digital Core Services (DCS) Portfolio you will collaborate closely with our internal clients, supporting them with advice to find the right solutions, while also coordinating with internal—and occasionally external—IT professionals
It is also very important to emphasize that you will not merely an execution person, but true systems analysts with significant knowledge of the processes and work of the business areas we support.
In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Participation in global projects and project management Gathering and clarifying development needs in close cooperation with business users Preparing and defining system requirements and specifications Participating in and supporting the testing of new developments Documenting developments and training users Acting as a liaison between the business area and the IT department Daily communication with multinational colleaguesWho You Are: You identify your values and organizational priorities and learn to expand business knowledge.You show a tremendous amount of initiative in tough situations and are exceptional at spotting and seizing opportunities.
For This Role, You Will Need:
Degree in IT (at least BSc) or equivalent professional experience Strong business approach 4+ years of experience in systems analysis, project management, or a similar field Proficiency in English (both spoken and written) Excellent problem-solving skills, openness, analytical thinking, and ability to work independently and as part of a teamPreferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:
Basic knowledge of software development and related test automation (preferably: Java, Python, Web technologies) Experience at an electronics manufacturing company IT knowledge Multinational project management experience Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)Our Culture & Commitment to You:
