Essential Duties/Responsibilities:
Support the development and administration by acting as an SME for Entra ID to support account creation and maintenance, Conditional Access policies, SAML Enterprise Apps for SSO integration, and the rest of the M365 stack (Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, Sharepoint, Exchange Online, Intune/Endpoint Manager, etc.)Globally administer Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, DFS, Print and File Servers, and other core services and supporting infrastructure.Administer and maintain Windows and Linux servers in a mixed hybrid (AWS, Azure) enterprise environment consisting of multiple technologies and roles of VMWare, Hyper-V, DNS, DHCP, SQL, Terminal Server, FTP, etc.Administration and security management of Office 365 hybrid messaging technologies.Work with outside vendors to perform maintenance of server and datacenter technologies in remote offices.Automate recurring tasks using PowerShell and other scripting languages.Monitor systems performance, availability, and logs using enterprise monitoring tools.Collaborate with Greene Tweed cybersecurity, networking, and application teams to maintain secure and efficient operations for the business.Provide Tier 3 support for escalated technical issues and incidents.Required Minimum Qualifications
Education/Certifications: Bachelor’s Degree preferred, or equivalent work experience, Microsoft Certifications a plus
Skills and Experience:
5+ years of related experience successfully installing, maintaining, upgrading and migrating Windows and Linux server environments, preferably global.Proficiency in:Windows Server (2016/2019/2022/2025)Active Directory & Entra ID (Azure AD)PowerShell scripting and automationMicrosoft 365 administration (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, etc.)Virtualization (VMware vSphere and Microsoft Hyper-V)Experience with security best practices for identity, endpoint, and infrastructure hardening.Familiarity with Intune or other MDM solutions.Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.Experience scripting languages for automationJob Environment:
