The following position is to join the **RTX Corporate** team:
The Corporate Legal, Contracts, & Compliance team is seeking a **Senior Systems Administrator** within the Legal Operations team to assist with the governance and day to day administration of critical legal tools and systems. The successful candidate will work closely with the system stakeholders, Legal Operations leadership, and the legal service providers of the tools. This role will require a deep understanding of workflows and access controls while leading a governance council to explore changes to the systems and new features. The selected candidate will constantly collaborate with attorneys and non-legal professionals in Corporate and the RTX businesses, as well as have direct contact with legal service providers.
**What You Will Do**
+ Serve as the Subject Matter Expert, governance lead, administrator, and trainer on core Legal Operations tools with SAI360 Compliance 360 (C360) matter management tool and Ethics & Compliance Education Center (ECEC) Learning Management System being the primary focus.
+ Set the direction and strategy for using C360 and ECEC; engage stakeholders and lead governance council sessions.
+ Manage system workflows and troubleshoot user issues.
+ Establish, deactivate, and troubleshoot accounts with appropriate permissions.
+ Evaluate new workflow requests and new system features; manage changes through internal checkpoints.
+ Manage connections with other repositories and data feeds such as Workday.
+ Maintain repository of system reports and troubleshoot report issues.
+ Routinely engage user base for feedback.
+ With unified stakeholder concurrence, take responsibility for the C360 and ECEC agreements in setting the terms, maintenance, cost, and direction
+ Grow to oversee similar web-based workflow platforms
+ Assist on various engagements and improvement projects for RTX with focus on Legal, Contracts, & Compliance.
+ Travel up to 15%.
**Qualifications You Must Have**
+ Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years experience.
+ Prior knowledge and experience in workflow platforms that focus on Ethics matters.
+ Prior experience analyzing data to identify trends and future projections.
+ Experience with serving a systems administrator of web-based legal services and systems.
+ U.S. Citizen - U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.

+ Direct and current C360 administrative responsibilities.
+ Prior Legal Operations experience.
+ Paralegal, law firm, or in-house legal experience.

The salary range for this role is 101,000 USD - 203,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.

Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.
This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
